 <li>Notification messages are delivered to mobile devices with GovHK Notifications installed using Google services, specifically Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). However, please note that the successful or timely reception of these messages through their cloud services cannot be guaranteed.</li>
 <li>When using GovHK Notifications, data transmission fees may apply for transmitting data over mobile devices. It is recommended to monitor your data usage periodically to avoid any unexpected charges.</li>
